After a busy year the Macmillan Education Customer Support team will be taking some well-deserved rest over the Christmas and New Year period. Please note our closed or reduced support hours as detailed below:

December customer support availability

24th-25th December – CLOSED

26th December - a reduced customer support team available from 2pm (GMT) until 12am midnight (GMT)

31st December - a reduced customer support team available from 8am (GMT) until 5pm (GMT)

January customer support availability

1st January – CLOSED

We will be back to our normal support hours from January 2nd 2025. There might be a short delay in answering your queries as we work through all requests.
