Doesn't affect everyone the same. I can drink 4 shots of whisky and feel absolutely nothing. My partner on the other hand. JustJD with coke and she's gone. I think there should be some kind of test ..exp. Walking in a LIne. ....that's more reliable then a breathelizer

Just a nice-to-have list with no solid action plans, white papers, costings or dated milestones. Good theatre script for government politicians to quote from, now and again, but not much else.

There is no excuse, and I take full responsibility. Like anyone else, I am not perfect, and I should have taken care of this matter in due course." Which means that whatever the reason she failed in renewing her road licence and insurance "There is no excuse" and she takes full responsibility. Perhaps you missed this part of her statement. Now if you think that I am also a PA for Borg and Bajda I invite you to read my post further down begining with "I pay. She pays ....."

A typical example is the high cost of medicines. A container of 60 Gaviscon tablets was just over €6, about 2 months ago. Now for a box of 24 tablets it went up to just over €12. 36 less tablets for double the price. I go by my barometer or no matter what Labour says.
