This letter comes at a time of great uncertainty in South Africa and Globally.



Covid-19 has impacted the spa business sector, due to both the nature of physical contact in the spa environment, and the general drop in discretionary spend that the average South African consumer has.



While we as a business have tried all possible ways of navigating our way through this tough time, we unfortunately have had to make the toughest decision known to a going concern.



The Health Spas Guide (Pty) Ltd took a decision on the 19th of Feb 2021 to place the company under voluntary winding up as a creditors voluntary winding up contemplated in section 351 of the Companies Act, 1973, read with item 9(1) of schedule 5 to the Companies Act, 2008.



The effect of this was that the business would cease trading with immediate effect.



We apologise for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your support over the years.
